Scott L. Mullins
Mr. Mullins has represented and defended persons in investigations into FCPA matters, health care fraud, insider trading, counterfeiting violations, wire and mail fraud, false statements, and major environmental cases, including the BP Deepwater Water Horizon Explosion and Oil Spill.
Since 2010, Mr. Mullins, with Mr. Hilder, secured the dismissal of two federal indictments; one involved trafficking in counterfeit technology under 18 U.S.C. §2320, the other, involved violations of the federal Anti-Kickback Statute.
